Shipping Information

Barwon Hay employs third parties for shipping out orders.

We currently use the following service providers:

For larger orders, we may use an alternative courier at our discretion. We will always use a service that has tracking available.

Orders ship from Monday to Friday from Geelong. This excludes public holidays.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

The Estimated Delivery Date depends on these factors:

Order Processing: It typically takes 1 day to prepare your order, but it may take longer depending on the order. We will advise you if there is to be an extended delay.
Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to reach you after it’s entered the carriers network.

Please note: Delivery times are approximate and they do not include order processing time.

We do not ship to WA (due to local restrictions) or outside Australia.

We cannot ship items to PO boxes if they are more than 5kg in weight.

Some freight offers, services and fees do not apply to certain orders, as follows:

Nationwide delivery (free & otherwise) can only be extended to areas reachable through our standard carrier (Australia Post) and excludes areas whereby the cost becomes high due to the delivery location’s remoteness, e.g. Kangaroo Island and other extreme remote locations. If unsure please check with us first.
