Initially, I ordered 2x boxes of 350g Timothy Hay and only received 1. I reached out and my email was promptly answered and a second box was received within a couple of days (no urgency as I had received everything else). I was very impressed by the prompt action taken and accountability displayed. Thank you very much for your efforts and product.
Generally this hay is of excellent quality. My piggies love it.
But I have had a couple of rubbish boxes.
Delivery is usually prompt, but my current order is still sitting at Geelong a week after I placed order.
